Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Support Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Support Web Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining websites, and ensuring their functionality, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for existing client websites and web applications
• Respond to support tickets from clients and colleagues (answering client questions; resolving issues; responding to quote requests, quick projects, etc.)
• Resolve support tickets in a fast and professional manner
• Offer internal and external support via email and phone as needed
• Maintain custom websites and applications, modules, extensions, and other various web-related systems
• Provide quotes on small development/design projects that are completed by the support team
• Provide excellent customer service offering guidance and providing solutions

Basic Requirements:

• Working with GIT as a code repository
• Drupal and WordPress experience
• Good working knowledge of HTML (XHTML), Javascript, CSS/SASS, PHP, and MySQL.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Drush is a huge plus
• Good working knowledge of MacOS/Linux
• Experience in e-commerce integrations/implementations is a huge plus
• Experience with caching and scaling techniques
• Experience in multi-lingual implementations
• Experience with Pantheon platform
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS
• Contributions to the open-source community

This position is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, STD, LTD, Life, 401(k), and paid vacation. This is not a remote position.
